Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Musey “Win Your Next Adventure” Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Musey (“Sponsor”), located in the United States.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Musey, its affiliates, partners, and advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to participate.
The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on March 5th at 12:00 AM PST and ends on April 5th at 11:59 PM PST (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period:
- Download the Musey mobile application.
- Create at least three (3) entries within the app representing things you love (such as restaurants, travel destinations, recipes, books, activities, or other experiences).
- Share at least one (1) entry on Instagram and tag @musey_app.
Each eligible participant who completes the above steps during the Promotion Period will receive one entry into the giveaway.
Limit one entry per person unless otherwise stated.
Musey reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or violate these rules.
5. Prize
One (1) $500 Airbnb Gift Card
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500 USD
The prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution will be made except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
The winner is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with receiving the prize.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing will take place within 7 days after the Promotion Period ends.
The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message or email within 5 days of the drawing.
If the selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Publicity
By entering the Promotion, participants agree that Sponsor may use their name, username, likeness, and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Promotion without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Release of Liability
By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Musey, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or related to participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.
9. Platform Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or Airbnb.
Participants understand that they are providing their information to Musey, not to Instagram, Meta, or Airbnb.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Promotion are final and binding.
11. Privacy
Information collected from participants is subject to Musey’s Privacy Policy and will be used only in accordance with applicable laws and the Sponsor’s policies.
12. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, send an email request to winner@musey.app within 30 days after the Promotion ends.
